BIG CHILL HOUSE ENTRY POLICY

Please note management reserve the right to refuse entry to any guests at any time

AGE: Sunday – Thursday we operate a strict over 18s policy. Fridays and Saturdays we operate a strict over 21s policy. Monday – Sunday we welcome under 18s in the venue up until 6pm.

ADMISSION: Last entry is one hour before closing. Re-entry on Fridays and Saturdays is not permitted, if you do wish to leave and return, you will be asked to queue again.

On Fridays and Saturdays all customers are required to present their ID on entry. Strictly no ID, no entry. We only accept valid and original (we do not accept photocopies) forms of identification, these include:

  • VALID passport
  • A VALID photo card driving license
  • Proof of age card bearing a PASS HOLOGRAM
  • HM forces may be acceptable as a proof of age

This is not our attempt at flattering you by requesting proof of age, but a condition of entry. We are working with the wider community to help ensure the safety of all our customers, staff and general public, supported by a local network of ID scanning software.

We operate a strict search policy, all persons entering the venue maybe subject to a search of outer clothing and personal belongings. This is a condition of entry. Those unwilling to be searched will be refused admittance. Any illegal drugs or weapons will be seized and the police notified.

DRESS: We have a relaxed policy towards clothing so jeans and trainers are allowed. We do request that large parties wishing to come in fancy dress, contact management in advance to guarantee entry.

PARTIES: We love to throw a party so large groups are welcomed; however, we ask that you arrange entry with management in advance.

PHOTOGRAPHY & FLMING: Please be aware that photographs and films taken within the venue may appear in advertising materials or on our social media channels and website, so bring your best smile and dance moves.

DRUGS & INTOXICATION: Big Chill House operates a zero tolerance policy to drugs. Any person found either possessing, using or distributing any type of drug will be banned from the premises and reported to the police. Persons who appear to be intoxicated, abusive, argumentative or display signs of anti-social behavior will be asked to leave the premises.

CCTV: Is in operation throughout the premises.
