Autumn Winter 2017 Cocktails

It’s official … the clocks have gone back, the nights are drawing in and the winter season is nearly upon us, so thank goodness our new cocktail menu has landed just in time to help you through these colder and darker times.

Come on through to Big Chill Bar, Brick Lane or Big Chill House, King’s Cross and cosy up with our new menu of original and innovative serves for the autumn winter months.

The new collection of drinks pays homage to the classic and forgotten drinks and in true Big Chill style, we put our stamp on them with unique flavours, ingredients and garnishes.

The new line-up highlights include:

Apple Cider Mojito

Cider and rum; muddled fun.

Appleton white rum, Red Leg Spiced rum, Urban Orchard cider, mint and lime juice.

 

Gingerbread Sour

Ginger and spice and all things nice.

Jameson Irish whisky, egg whites, gingerbread syrup and lemon juice.

Pimp My Espresso

Slicker than your average Martini.

Absolut Vanilia vodka, Cazcabel Coffee tequila, espresso and salted caramel syrup.

 

Maple Smash

A quintessentially smashing drink.

Jim Beam Double Oak bourbon, maple syrup, lemon juice and mint.

The cocktail menu is made up of four main sections: Cocktails Our Way, Cocktails Your Way, Spritz and G&Ts and alongside this we have an extensive London craft beer list, spirits and wines.
