Posted Thu 14 April 2016 | Big Chill

Alice Lubinga is Big Chill House’s party girl, she looks after all the venue hire enquires so we took 5 minutes out with her to talk cocktailsparties and Friday nights in King’s Cross

BC: Let’s start off with you describing yourself in three words.

AL: Dedicated. Chatty. Fun.

BC: How do you think your Big Chill co-workers would describe you?

AL: Positive, personable with a sexy bum. (That’s six words oops).

BC: What do you feel makes Big Chill House so unique?

AL: Our awesome team! Customer service is so important at Big Chill House, we want to give our customers what they want – unsure whichcocktailto go for, let us know your preferences and we’ll point you in the right direction. When you leave us we want you to have had the best possible experience.

BC: So we are rum drinkers what cocktail would you recommend us?

AL: Rum based drinks are my favourite, I would recommend our Wray Tings – it is the perfect balance of sweet and sour so ticks a lot of people’s boxes.

BC: If you could have one superpower what would it be?

AL: I would like to be a mind reader. It would be great to know what is going on in people’s heads.

BC: What is your favourite day or night at Big Chill House?

AL: Friday nights! I’ll always start the night off with acocktailbefore residentDJs‘Come Get Some’ kick off the music at 9pm. They play a mix of Garage, House, Hip-Hop and R&B – which I love. The vibes at the House are great – it is the best place to be inKing’s Crosson a Friday night hands down!

BC: What is the best thing about living in London?

AL: There is alway something to do – just take Big Chill House as an example we offerDJnights, cinema nights, aroof terrace, bottomless brunch, happy hour… there is literally something for everyone, every day of the week.

BC: What is the best thing about your job?

AL: I love looking after thevenue hireat Big Chill House, I get to meet and interact with a variety of different people and together we host some of the bestparties in London!

BC: And last but by no means least, the all important question can you hula hoop?

AL: Hell yeah!!!
